John Knipe is an Idaho native with farming and ranching roots in Southwestern Idaho. John has followed in his dad’s footsteps, continuing the family business of farm and ranch real estate. John enjoys traveling the Northwest, visiting rural communities and viewing the diverse types of real estate they have to offer. He enjoys the outdoor recreation available throughout the area, but most enjoys the town of McCall, Idaho, which were his stomping grounds as a child.
Knipe is licensed in Idaho, Oregon, Montana, Nevada and Washington states. He is the President and Designated Broker of Knipe Land Company. He is also the designated broker for Knipe Land North, LLC. Both companies specialize in marketing and selling working ranches, legacy ranches, farms, timber parcels, fishing and hunting ranches, recreational properties, transitional land and development land. His past sales experience includes participating in the sale of one of the largest contiguous ranches in the United States, consisting over 1.4 Million Acres.
Knipe has been a Boise Regional Realtors® Top Producer since 1999, and received the Ada County Association of Realtors®, Realtor® of the Year award in 2015.
John is a proponent of continuing education, and has worked to earn the following professional designations; ABR – Accredited Buyer Representative, ALC – Accredited Land Consultant, CLB – (Board) Certified Land Broker, CLC – Chartered Land Consultant, CRB – Council of Real Estate Brokers, GRI – Graduate of the Realtors Institute, RSRS – Resort and Second Property Real Estate Specialist, SRES- Senior Real Estate Specialist.
