Sean is licensed in Idaho and Oregon and brings more than 30 years of hands-on agricultural
experience to Knipe Land Company. As an owner-operator of a farm in Southwest Idaho and a
manager of commercial and multifamily properties, he offers clients a rare combination of
practical working-land expertise and income-property insight. His background includes operating
and expanding cattle facilities, equipping him with real-world knowledge of livestock management, infrastructure development, and responsible long-term land stewardship.

Sean specializes in working farms, livestock operations, timberland, transitional agricultural
ground, and commercial, multifamily, and development properties. He is well-versed in land use
planning, permitting, and 1031 exchange transactions, providing steady guidance through
complex acquisitions and dispositions.

He works closely with producers, investors, developers, and multi-generational landowners who
value practical experience, strategic negotiation, and direct communication. Sean lives on his
farm with his wife and three young children. His client-first approach is rooted in personal
ownership experience and a deep commitment to protecting both the long-term value of the land
and the goals of those who steward it.
