Mia has spent more than 45 years in Idaho, graduating from high school in Ketchum, she went on to receive her B.S. from University of Colorado, Boulder.
As one of the most requested ski instructors at Sun Valley Resort, Mia truly understands the benefits of establishing a personal relationship with her clients. Drawing on her “hyper local” knowledge whether showing a ski client that off piece section of fresh powder days after the
storm or procuring vacant land that hasn’t hit the market yet, she prides herself on listening to the needs of her clients.
Her continuing education has been in Land Analysis and Valuation, Land Use and Water Rights. Mia’s love of Idaho has taken her into the world of ranching, owning and operating a cattle ranch and starting a direct-to-consumer beef business. She spends much of her time in a truck and on horseback riding summer range, checking cows and visiting ranches, giving her intimate
knowledge of the many rural ranching communities in Idaho.
She is a member of the Idaho Cattle Association, American National Cattlewomen (ANCW) and active in the non-profit Women In Ranching. She has seamlessly woven her passion for ranching with her real estate knowledge and expertise combining the two to help preserve and transfer the Idaho Ranching Heritage onto the next generation and new Idahoans.

Jeff has also spent more than 30 years calling Idaho home. Participating in real estate throughout the years in land development, conservation easements, new home construction and both property and ranch management. He and Mia own and operate Hyndman Peak Beef and Cattle Co. offering 100% grass-finished beef throughout southern Idaho and beyond. Currently they are managing partners of Swenson Butte Ranch, a regenerative ranching operation that includes event and guest accommodations in the Big Lost ranching community of Mackay. They offer over 25 years combined experience in real estate, Jeff an unlicensed real estate assistant to Mia, supports client deal flow and transactions through clear communication, documentation and market analysis creating a team, second to none. Together with their local knowledge, industry expertise and drive they stand poised to assist in your next real estate transaction….going beyond the standard.
