This off-grid, turn-key cabin has been thoughtfully designed for both rustic charm and modern simplicity.  The main living space dates back to the 1960s and has been expanded with an updated main bedroom. With accommodations for 8, including the two cozy sleeping lofts, the cabin is well suited for large gatherings.  The spacious living room offers large windows overlooking the river, creating a peaceful backdrop to your daily routines. The kitchen is fully equipped for off-grid living, and from there, step out onto a covered deck ideal for morning coffee or evening meals. Another covered deck off the main bedroom provides a private space to relax with views of the forest and river. A nearby bathhouse includes a toilet room, shower, and sink—all thoughtfully designed and topped with its own covered deck. The oversized two-car garage with overhang provides space for larger vehicles, storage, and houses the solar system that powers the property. Above the garage, a loft area offers additional guest accommodations.  Everything has been built with care and detail to match the natural environment.

The 4.9± acres of land includes a blend of open meadow and timbered forest lined by Secesh River frontage, creating a stunning and functional landscape. For added enjoyment, the property also includes a fire pit, horseshoe pits, and outdoor games.

Utilities & Turn Key

The property is powered by solar with new batteries and propane, includes a septic system, and water is hauled from a nearby spring. All equipment, furnishings, linens and decor (excluding personal pictures and ATV) are included in the sale.

A Day at the Cabin

Begin your day with the sunrise as you relax on the covered deck and listen to the designated wild and senic Secesh River flowing by. Take a peaceful walk through your private meadow, or gear up the ATV for a day of exploration through nearby Payette National Forest trails. In the evening, gather by the fire under the stars.  During spawning season, you can watch the native salmon make their yearly migration right from your deck.

Winter Access

During winter months, access to the property is by snowmobile only, offering a peaceful and authentic backcountry experience for those who embrace Idaho’s snowy season.
