Located in the heart of duck country in Parma, Idaho. Property fronts the Snake River along its west boundary and the property marriages row crop land with recreation land. Irrigation water comes from McConnel Island Ditch which come directly out of the Boise River. There are irrigation rights for 200 acres. The water it put on via cement ditch and siphon tubes.
The half mile of Snake River frontage is easily assessable, includes and several locations where a boat ramp could be constructed. Nice tree lined bank e trees along the bank and a road between the bank and the fields providing great access to the river.
The original home has been removed but the well is still in use. The four bay machine is in good condition, features two open bays and two enclosed bays. Currently being used for storage of farm equipment.
