Additional extras include two loafing sheds, 8×16 and 15×16, Woodford frost free water hydrants in most of the corrals and Powder River metal gates on most interior corrals. Additionally , there is a large sand bottom riding arena.

The Moonstone Ranch Idaho is iconic in the area and would make a great horse ranch or hobby ranch. Silver Bell Equestrian Center is an excellent nearby facility for horse jumper training and Wood River Equestrian Center offers board and training for horses of all kinds. Numerous trails for horses and open trails exist in the area.

Known for it multitude of recreational pursuits the Wood River Valley is a phenomenal place to live. Skiing of all kinds, hiking, fishing, camping, exploring you can do it all here. Magic Valley Reservoir is a stone’s throw across the highway and fed by the water from Camas Creek. Silver Creek Preserve is a mile or two away as is Crater’s of the Moon National Monument. Not to mention world class shopping and dining in Sun Valley and Ketchum. Hailey and Bellevue offer the same with all services plus local events and entertainment.

Within Idaho Fish & Game Hunt Unit 48, some of the most renowned mule deer, Rocky Mountain Elk and moose hunting north of the property along Trail Creek. Great for fishing and bird hunting in and around magic Reservoir and Camas Creek.
