Location:

Located in Blaine County just off Highway 20 and across from Magic Reservoir. The area is the gateway to legendary Sun Valley, Idaho, historic Crater of the Moon National Monument, spectacular Silver Creek Preserve and the recognizable Sawtooth Mountains.

Acreage:

The property expanse is 214± acres that is fully fenced and includes three separate wells.  The three wells provide 25 water shares for the property acres most of which has been used for livestock pasture. The 5± acre lake sits on the south western edge of the land and is fed from a live spring and features a head-gate and spillway and flows out that under the main road.  A large improved pasture area had been partial planted with hay in the past, now returned to native vegetation. The Moonstone Ranch Idaho is iconic in the area and would make a great horse ranch or hobby ranch. Silver Bell Equestrian Center is an excellent nearby facility for horse jumper training and Wood River Equestrian Center offers board and training for horses of all kinds. Numerous trails for horses and open trails exist in the area.

Known for it multitude of recreational pursuits the Wood River Valley is a phenomenal place to live. Skiing of all kinds, hiking, fishing, camping, exploring you can do it all here. Magic Valley Reservoir is a stone’s throw across the highway and fed by the water from Camas Creek. Silver Creek Preserve is a mile or two away as is Crater’s of the Moon National Monument. Within Idaho Fish & Game Hunt Unit 48, some of the most renowned mule deer, Rocky Mountain Elk and moose hunting north of the property along Trail Creek. Great for fishing and bird hunting in and around magic Reservoir and Camas Creek.
