Conveniently located just over two miles on County Road 60 west of Weiser, Idaho in Washington County. Area

The town is home to the famous National Old-time Fiddler’s Contest. The Weiser River flows alongside the town and crossing the border over to Oregon is simple and convenient. The Snake River, Weiser Sand Dunes, and Steck Park, are some of the notable public areas that are nearby. There is a lot to enjoy within a few miles as well as being the gateway to other recreational areas.

Comprised of 73.5± acres with 65.5± acres under irrigation. The irrigation water are provided through the Weiser Irrigation District. Fields are level and water is put on via ditch flood irrigation. A portion is irrigated with gated pipe (which is included). The east boundary is Jenkins Creek which flows year-round and provides a water source for wildlife. As a result, it is reported to have good bird hunting. The property has a building permit available, as per the county, and also borders the railroad on the south boundary.
