The land also features live springs that have been developed for stock water, as well as seasonal creeks that traverse the area. Additionally, several large, grassy meadows contribute to the abundant supply of pasture grass. One particular large meadow is fed by and lays within Lost Valley Creek’s watershed.

Approximately 2,939± acres of the land is located on Bonita Road in a separate track south of Highway 20/26.  This tract consists of sagebrush blending with native grasses providing an excellent grazing and wildlife landscape.  This exceptional grazing ground is dotted with stock tanks fed from the natural springs and the solar powered well. North Clover Creek also meanders through the property providing more of the essential water component.

The regular presence of deer and elk can be attested to by the current owner in past hunts. Not to be forgotten, Willow Creek also attracts waterfowl along with affords fishing and nearby Malheur Reservoir.
