Acreage and Operation:

Comprised of 95± acres, the land features rolling terrain with a creek meandering through its northwest corner. Irrigation water is supplied by the Gem Irrigation District with water rights for 66± acres. Two pivots, a five-tower and a three-tower, serve the irrigated land, operating independently. The larger pivot is electrically powered, while the smaller one relies on gravity flow for pressurization. Hand lines extend irrigation to additional areas.
