A 100 hp permanent pump for irrigation, pods, and wheel lines are included in the sale.

Arena Building

The 25,296± sf arena building has a riding area that spans an impressive 100’x204’±. Attached to the arena is a spacious viewing room that is 2,640± sf on two levels, with windows looking into the arena from both floors.
