Aumsville Organic Farm is a 304± acre haven in the picturesque town of Aumsville, Oregon. The location is in the heart of the Willamette Valley, a renowned growing region that produces more than 170 crops. With a rich history as an equestrian facility, a former dairy farm, and now producing organic grass-fed beef, this farm has proven versatility.

Aumsville Organic Farm has water rights for 200± acres from the Santiam Water Control District. Rights for an additional 37± acres are in the process of permanent transfer and should be available in 2024. Irrigation water is applied by a wheel line irrigation system and K Line irrigation Pods. A 100 hp permanent pump for irrigation, pods, and wheel lines are included in the sale.
The 25,296± sf arena building has a riding area that spans an impressive 100’x204’±. Attached to the arena is a spacious viewing room that is 2,640± sf on two levels, with windows looking into the arena from both floors. This space could also serve as a lounge area, an office, storage, or other use. There are also 13± stalls for horses. The arena building has most recently been used to store farm equipment, but originally had a sand/rubber mix footing and is still suitable for equestrian use.
A 1,680± sf manufactured home is used as lodging for employees.
An expansive hay/commodity barn is 245’x160’± with lean-to roofs on two sides. The barn offers approximately 53,780± total sf of covered space. It is currently used for cattle.
