Hello, I’m Alexander Knipe, born in Kissimmee, Florida,  with deep roots in Idaho. During high school in Florida, I excelled as a varsity swimmer and tennis player while pursuing my AA Degree at Valencia College. At 19, I joined the family business, paving my path to Idaho for good. Today, I am proud to be a Board Certified Land Agent and Sales Associate with Knipe Land Northwest LLC. My family has worked in the Real Estate industry for generations, including my great grandfather who founded Knipe Land Company. Real Estate transactions and investments are in my blood, and I am honored to continue the legacy.

From a young age, I’ve been captivated by mathematics and finance, which sparked my passion for the stock market and financial instruments. Opening an IRA and brokerage account early on, I’ve been actively investing and expanding my knowledge. With a Life Insurance Producer license in hand, I’m currently working towards obtaining Series 6 & 63 licenses for fund management. Raised in an entrepreneurial family, I’ve had the privilege of contributing to two successful startups in the Treasure Valley, Riverside Benches and Air Filter Superstore, both now valued in the seven figures.

Beyond my professional pursuits, I find joy in woodworking, fishing, and farming. With nearly a decade of woodworking experience, from house framing to spoon carving, I’m dedicated to mastering the craft. Upon my arrival at our family farm in Idaho, I eagerly embraced farming, I planted it all and soon discovered there is a reason potatoes are the pride of Idaho. There’s something profoundly rewarding about harvesting from the land you tend.
