Janey Knipe was honored by the National Association of Realtors - National Realtors Land Institute as one of the Top Land Realtors of the Year in the United States in 2006. She was recognized and honored with a plaque at the Annual Realtor Convention in 2006 in New Orleans, Louisiana. Janey Knipe has received the TOP PRODUCER Award from the Realtors Association for multiple years during her career. Realtors who lead the industry in closed sales volume are honored each year and awarded the Top Producer Award when their sales level is within the top 1% of all Realtors. Janey Knipe was raised on a ranch in Southwest Idaho and has an Associates Degree in Drafting Technology and an Associates Degree in Accounting. She has recently obtained her ALC Designation (Accredited Land Consultant). Janey has a strong background for helping buyers and sellers sell their rural properties. Janey has worked for Knipe Land Company, Inc. for many years. Janey now manages nearly two dozen agents and managing the company's main office - in Boise, Idaho.
