In 1991, the name was changed to Wm. Knipe & Assoc. and then changed again in 1995, to Knipe Land Company, Inc. Knipe Land Comapny, Inc., has agents and/or offices in Boise, Eagle, McCall, Mountain Home, Meridian, Nampa, Payette, Middleton, and Cottonwood, Idaho. In 2007, Knipe Land North, LLC, was formed. Knipe Land North, LLC, specializes in properties in Central Idaho and North Idaho as well as Eastern Oregon with offices in Boise, McCall and Moscow, Idaho. Also in 2007, Knipe Land Oregon, LLC, was also formed and is headquartered in Richland, Oregon.
