I was raised on a ranch in Parma located in southwest Idaho. There I learned about ranching and farming and the rural way of life. I learned many of the skills and characteristics that today make me an honest hard working broker for the buyers and seller I help. Along with the practical experience, I have an Associates Degree in Drafting Technology and an Associates Degree in Accounting. I also hold ALC Designation (Accredited Land Consultant) and am an associate broker. Through this training and experience I have acquired a strong background for helping buyers buy and sellers sell their rural properties. I have worked for Knipe Land Company, Inc. for over 10 years. I manage the company's agents and sell on my own. The most fulfilling experiences are when I help a seller or buyers accomplish that life long dream or help to bring them into that next step in their life. I am licensed in Idaho and Oregon.
