This is a one of a kind profitable cattle/sheep, recreational ranch located 18 miles from Orofino Idaho. This 372 acre property has approximately 220 acres in hay-oats-barley cultivation and is surrounded by Potlatch and Idaho Department on Lands(IDL) ownership. Privacy is a guaranteed on this property with only one part time neighbor located adjacent to the west boundary. Two grazing leases transfer with the property. One for 28,000 ares with Potlatch and another for 3,600 acres from IDL. The allotments currently are for 250 head of cattle which converts to 1400 AUMS. Past harvests have averaged 4 tons per acre per or 800 tons from 200 acres under dry land cultivation. The owner raises cattle, sheep and meat goats as well as hay and oats.
