OVERVIEW: When the Sellers bought the property, they decided to build their home there. As dirt was moved around in order to build a foundation for the home, the Sellers discovered gold nuggets in the ground. Building has been stalled while they investigate the gold in the soil. ASSAY TESTING: A gold company is currently doing assay tests on the property and has some preliminary estimates completed. GOLD: Over many years washed rock created gold placer deposits on the ranch in areas known as the alluvial plains. Placer eroded down from the river and mountains and left deposits in the soil. The Seller took a Rhialite sample that he found in an abandoned mine shaft on the proeperty to the assay office. The seller was told it was Magnanees, Rhialite and trace amounts of gold. He?s been told there are quarts deposits with traces of gold as well as placer gold. PLATINUM: A party that is currently considering the ranch for purchase reports they found evidence of platinum. Seller nor Broker can confirm specific amounts of gold or platinum on the ranch. AREA MINING: Lots of gold mining took place all around this property. This property was set to be mined just prior to World War II. Before mining started, mining became outlawed during the years of the war. The ranch was not mined and remained in the same ownership for the last 50+ years, until now.

HISTORY: The history of this property dates back to the 1800?s. In 1860 gold was discovered on the property. Several men came out to mine the land but were unsuccessful due to the lack of large amounts of water that were needed in the mining process. The men gave up mining and started to grow food instead. Decades later in 1939 a company decided to do some testing on the property for gold. They drilled several holes all over the land and discovered large amounts of gold. They planned on coming back in 1941 to begin extensive mining. However in 1941 World War II began and all gold mining was banned. The only mining allowed was for metals or materials to help with machinery for the war. Later when a the property was sold, the man who bought it decided to do some searching himself. He discovered gold deposits in the spring and worked for a long time to remove it. He primarily focused on the spring and left the land alone. Years later it was sold to the current owners. They have found gold nuggets, traces of a mineral quarts vein, and some opal throughout the land.
The property consists of dry mountain grazing, rock outcroppings, a few trees, and a river that flows through the land. Improvements are limited. Property offers big game hunting for deer and elk. Seller and Brokers cannot and do not guarantee any amount of quality of gold or other minerals on the ranch. Buyer to perform his or her own due diligence and determine what may or may not be there.
