Robison Realty, Inc was started in 1944 by Floyd Robison. William Knipe purchased Robison Realty from Floyd Robison in 1974. Prior to this purchase, William Knipe operated in a residential, commercial, recreational, and agricultural capacity, in addition to appraisal, management, and consulting as a firm. In 1991, the name was changed to Wm. Knipe & Assoc. and then changed again in 1995, to Knipe Land Company, Inc. Knipe Land Comapny, Inc., has agents and/or offices in Boise, Eagle, McCall, Mountain Home, Meridian, Nampa, Payette, Middleton, and Cottonwood, Idaho. In 2007, Knipe Land North, LLC, was formed. Knipe Land North, LLC, specializes in properties in Central Idaho and North Idaho as well as Eastern Oregon with offices in Boise, McCall and Moscow, Idaho. Also in 2007, Knipe Land Oregon, LLC, was also formed and is headquartered in Richland, Oregon. John Knipe has earned the following prestigious designations: Accredited Land Consultant (ALC); Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR); Council of Real Estate Brokers (CRB) and the GRI (Graduate of the Realtors Institute) designation; and holds the Court of Marketing Excellence award give for advanced education and sales. He is an experienced professional farm and ranch broker, licensed in Idaho, Nevada, Montana, Washington and Oregon. John serves as Past - President of the Idaho Chapter of the Realtors Land Institute (R.L.I.) of the National Association of Realtors, and is the Past - Regional Vice President of the National Association of Realtors - Realtors Land Institute.
